2027 Ram TRX Sales Farmington Hills MI

The 2027 Ram 1500 TRX SRT packs a supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 producing 777 horsepower and 680 lb-ft of torque. Ram lists those figures as best-in-class, while a standard TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive help put that output to work. The TRX can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds, reach 118 mph, and cover the quarter-mile in 12.2 seconds. The 2027 TRX also represents a significant increase over the previous generation, with Ram noting 75 more horsepower. Its performance-focused engineering extends beyond the engine, with a reinforced 98% steel frame, Launch Control, and a maximum towing capacity of 8,100 pounds.

The TRX is engineered for high-speed off-road performance, combining substantial suspension travel with specialized shock technology and selectable drive modes. Its Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive performance shocks continuously adjust to conditions, while the truck provides 11.8 inches of ground clearance, 13 inches of front suspension travel, and 14 inches of rear suspension travel. Drivers can tailor the truck to different surfaces with modes including Sport, Snow, Mud/Sand, Rock, Baja, Custom, Tow, Auto, and Valet. Selec-Speed Control also helps manage engine torque and braking when 4WD Low is engaged, while the TRX's 35-inch tires provide additional ground clearance and traction for demanding terrain.
